Solicit and evaluate bids for association services
Supervise maintenance activities and contractor performance
Oversee and authorize payment for primary association services
Comply with Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions, bylaws, standards and practices as may be established from time to time by CAI subject to all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations in effect where the Manager practices.
